Chris Almquist Predator Bondsman In Loudoun County



Chris Almquist is one of the biggest creeps in Loudoun County. He owns 1st Out Bail Bonds and works as his own bondsman. This is perfect for Chris Almquist because he loves to pray on women in vulnerable situations. Chris Almquist also works as an informant for Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, and has set up his own clients while working with the police. Chris Almquist is rewarded for ensuring Loudoun County Sheriff's Office wins their cases, against whoever they decide to target, even if they have to lie and make dirty deals. There is no shame in the lengths the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office will go to violate the rights of honest people. 

Back to Chris Almquist being a major creep though. Recently Chris Almquist was working with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office to trick a woman into signing documents against her business partner, Lawrence Charles. Lawrence Charles currently has 6 Federal lawsuits filed against the Loudoun Commonwealth’s Attorney Office and the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. Lawrence Charles is suing Loudoun County for a lot of money, and they do not want to pay him. So what do they do? They enlist the help of creepy Chris. Chris Almquist lied to Lawrence Charles business partner and told her Mr. Charles was using their company money to pay for another woman’s bond. This made Lawrence Charles business partner very upset because they were also dating. Chris Almquist lied to Lawrence Charles business partner saying Mr. Charles was trying to “set her up and sue her” and “he was involved in some shady business” with “some scary people”. Chris Almquist lied and claimed to be very concerned for Lawrence Charles business partner and her safety. Chris Almquist was also very concerned about Mr. Charles talking to other women on the phone in jail, he told Lawrence Charles business partner he was not treating her right and that Mr. Charles was a cheater, a liar, a drug dealer and not a very good person. Chris Almquist is just your average hypocrite though. Chris Almquist knew he was lying to Lawrence Charles business partner because he knew the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office had thrown Mr. Charles into disciplinary segregation. Lawrence Charles business partner did not know he was in segregation, and believed Chris Almquist because Lawrence Charles had stopped calling her. Come to find out, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office got an illegal protective order between the business partner and Lawrence Charles. Lawrence Charles and his business partner were making phone calls not being aware of this protective order, and that is how they threw Mr. Charles into the hole. So because his business partner did not hear from Mr. Charles, she became very emotional as she was dealing with a lot of stressful life situations. Chris Almquist continued to lie to Lawrence Charles business partner and said he wanted to help her because he knew Lawrence Charles was trying to press charges against her. Chris Almquist asked Lawrence Charles business partner if she could come over to sign some paperwork about a fraudulent charge Lawrence Charles made. This is how Chris Almquist took advantage of Lawrence Charles business partner. Once Chris Almquist was able to convince the business partner to meet up, he wouldn’t let her leave until she had sex with him. Chris Almquist and Lawrence Charles are both business owners in Loudoun County and have also done business together for over 15 years. Lawrence Charles also considered Chris Almquist a friend. Chris Almquist was sent on a mission to destroy the relationship between Lawrence Charles and his business partner. Loudoun County did not want Lawrence Charles and his business partner to be able to talk to each other, because they knew once they did, they would figure out the dirty tricks they had been playing. Captain David Wozniak even went as far as to put out a memorandum on behalf of Lawrence Charles business partner claiming she told him directly for Mr. Charles not to contact her, which was another lie because they have never even spoken before. The jail even called Mr. Charles mom and threatened her if she made any 3-way calls for Lawrence Charles that she would be arrested. The jail punished several inmates, including some with disabilities, for trying to help Mr. Charles by contacting his mother to tell her what was going on. Chris Almquist sold his soul to the devil to try and ruin the life of Lawrence Charles and business partner.

There have also been 3 different women who have come forward alleging they were raped by Chris Almquist. Chris Almquist is also known for taking sexual favors from his female clients if they are not able to pay. This just goes to show how morally corrupt, unethical and devious Chris Almquist really is. There is nothing that Chris Almquist will not do for his own personal gain. Being a bondsman, you can imagine the type of people Chris Almquist usually hangs around. Lucky for Chris, his job is a great way to meet local prostitutes and get their contact information. This has caused many problems in Chris Almquist past relationships, just ask his ex-wives - Chris Almquists sex addiction has caused a lot of problems for them. Chris Almquist also likes to take pictures of his “manhood” and sends them to women, claiming he is “rather large” but trust me his ego is bigger. 

So as you can see, Chris Almquist is just another narcissistic, manipulative citizen in Loudoun. Chris Almquist is also known to have ties to the KKK and other white supremacy groups in Loudoun County. You can imagine how excited Chris Almquist was when the Loudoun County Sheriffs Office presented him with the opportunity to take down Lawrence Charles, a black business man in Loudoun County.

Loudoun County Continues Its Racism

Loudoun County is a very beautiful place, but Loudoun is also a very racist place. Loudoun seems to have a problem with black men who identify as heterosexual. Today we are writing about a man named Bryan Wright who is currently incarcerated in the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. Bryan Wright has been charged with Aggravated Malicious Wounding and Assault and Battery "just in case the Aggravated Malicious Wounding charges don't stick". He is accused of assaulting a white woman by the name of Michelle Cartoon. The incident occurred on February 28, 2023. Mr. Wright was having a  verbal altercation  with a white man in a parking lot . During this altercation, a white woman by the name of Michelle Cartoon decided to insert herself into the situation.  Michelle Cartoon, the alleged victim, was upset that a black man was arguing with a white man . Today we are writing about a situation in Loudoun County involving the Loudoun Commonwealth Attorney's Office and the Loudoun County Sheriff Office. The Loudoun Commonwealth Attorney's Office has been engaging in unethical and unconstitutional law practices. The head of the Loudoun Commonwealth Attorney's Office name is Buta Biberaj and she has been violating and depriving a man by the name of Lawrence Charles of his due process and right to a fair trial. Deputy Commonwealth Attorney Renee Hays and Anthony Needham have engaged in lying, hiding evidence favorable to Mr. Charles and subordinating purgery.
